What We Got For You This Week:

Voice Note From Dayna

The Energy of The Week - Death

Ok ok ok, don’t freak out. The death card is not as scary as it seems or as literal as you may assume. The energy of this card suggests it will be a week of significant transformation, closure, and new beginnings — both in our lives and the collective. This card aligns perfectly with the astrology of the next two weeks and reminds us that there is no point in resisting change, as change is the only constant. It advises us to embrace change, let go, and lean into the transformation process. When I asked for advice on how to navigate this energy, I pulled the Three of Pentacles. This card suggests we embrace collaboration, control the controllables, and direct our energy towards building things and areas of our lives that are deeply meaningful to us and our unique journey

1x Energy Shift

Make mundane but different daily decisions. Small changes to our daily decisions/routines may seem insignificant, but they shift our energy and often take us down new, unexpected paths. This could include ordering a different coffee, changing our walking/running route, painting our nails a bold color (if we’re into neutrals), etc.

Expansion Musings

You might wonder why the focus is on energy and why now. The answer is simple: energy is everything. It’s the essence of our soul and the driving force behind all change. Everything in our lives stems from energy. Internal energies guide us, and awareness of external energies empowers us. Ultimately, energy is the barometer for our success. This vast topic means different things to different people, but that’s exactly why I’ve started this newsletter.

In my journey of self-discovery and personal growth, all roads have led back to energy as the key to transformation. Want to change your life? It requires internal energy—awareness of what's not working, the intention to change, and the discipline to create new thoughts and beliefs. Unsure about certain people in your life? Assess their energy and how it affects you, and you’ll find your answer.

So, thank you for joining The Vibe High Club. Our goal is to understand and leverage the energies that shape our reality to enhance our lives in the areas that matter most — relationships, business, parenting, personal development/growth, environment/location, and our digital life/technology. By blending art, science, and personal experience, we aim to harness energy for well-being, personal growth, and building whatever the f*ck you want in life. We’ll share energy wellness tips, explore quantum physics advancements changing how we understand our reality, and examine how various engineered energy sources, like prescription drugs, cannabis, and technology, affect us. Let’s embark on this journey together.

5 Things We’re Doing to Raise Our Vibe

  • Observing our thoughts to notice the ones that are lower frequency, no longer serving us, or made up to become aware and slowly choose a new, higher vibe thought to replace them with.

  • Daily meditations, or activations as they call them, in-app via the Superhuman app and more breathwork via the Open app

  • We are redesigning our home office for a fresh fall start using Spoak, one of my favorite interior design tools. I plan to change the layout to honor feng shui best practices, bring in more plants, make it a space I don’t want to leave to flow, and increase my productivity.

  • Hot/cold plunge protocol 3-4 days a week: 2 mins cold, 15 mins hot, 2.5 mins cold, 20 mins hot, 3 mins cold. Changing our state is one of the most effective ways to change our energy/mood/frequency. Learn more about the benefits here and about the mid-range ice bath I have and love here.

  • Leaning into the seasons—For most of my adult life, I've despised Winter and dreamed of living somewhere warm during the colder months. In the last few years, I've chosen to lean into the seasons and live in alignment with them. The shifts that have come with this mindset change have been game-changing.

Things We’re Excited About

  • The Future of Parenting—Recently, it feels like parenting has gotten a bad rap. Don’t get me wrong—it’s hard AF, but as parents, we’re raising the future. I think a much-needed reframe of “we get to do this and choose to focus on the joy, awe, and abundance our littles bring” is something I hope spreads. Dr. Becky launched her new “Good Inside” parenting app here, with helpful resources. I also love Alexandra Cole’s parenting-focused Human Design content, which you can find here.

  • John Amaral’s free flight or flight to flow 7-day programIf you’re not familiar with his work, he is a well-known energy practitioner who focuses on somatic energy healing practices, chiropractor, and author who does insane energy healing work as seen on The Goop Lab on Netflix. I’ve been DYING to do this type of work with him or another practitioner, so this free program that walks you through how to manage energy within your body/self was a win this week. You can access the program here.

  • Brainspotting Therapy Session—I learned about it from a friend, and I can’t wait to do my first session to see what comes up and what blocks I can clear from my subconscious and body. You can dive deeper into brainspotting here and listen to my friend Kelley talk about her experience (and hear her INSANELY inspirational story) on Jenny Mollen’s podcast here.

Things We’re Manifesting

  • Lyma Laser—the price point is crazy, but the reviews are insane. The energy of aging is a topic we hop to go deep on:)

  • More clothes from Coniglio Palm Beach —talk about clothing that will make you vibe higher: the fabric, the styles, the colors, and the prints—SWOON. Also, the founder's story is the most BA—she was laid off as a lead creative director of a major fashion brand at seven months pregnant and created this brand that is crushing it (and it's not even a year old). I recently the Classic Power Pareo, and I hope never to take it off.

  • The Vibe High Club resonates with people, helps them understand their energetic signature and use it as their superpower, and creates a new wave of wellness.

Things We’re Grateful For

  • Microdosing psilocybin and the brand Innervrse—I did a six-week microdosing experiment, and wow, what a fantastic wellness tool. The benefits of microdosing include improved mood, enhanced concentration, greater self-insight, increased creativity, and relief from anxiety/depression. Around six months postpartum, I was still feeling a bit off and had heard great things about this medicine, so I decided to try it. I researched a great deal to find a high-quality, legit brand and followed Paul Stamet's protocol: four days on, three days off (50 mg/day). I never felt "high," or like I had taken anything, just that my zest for life was back, my mood was normal, and I felt like myself for the first time in months (or longer, after back-to-back babies). I'm not a doctor or an expert, so if this interests you, please do your own research. For those interested, you can use this link to order Innervrse products and use the code DAYSTEF for 10% off.

  • ChatGPT, lol. Not to sound so extra, but chatGPT has become my time-saving copilot. I use it to provide me with frameworks/roadmaps for work (e.g., a step-by-step user testing plan for a new consumer-facing mobile app), interpret tarot readings, and generate ideas throughout the creative brainstorming process. You can check out how I use it in more depth here (IG version here)

  • The Ballerina Farm article—as a feminist and woman passionate about women being able to live their best life, this viral article made me feel lots of feelings. I think the tradwife trend is misguided and dangerous at best. That said, I found the backlash and narrative from most women to be unkind, biased, and judgemental. Why am I grateful? I'm thankful because I hope it shifts the conversation around choice. What we all want for ourselves and other women is the CHOICE to choose and be who we want to be. If that's living on a farm with eight children, that's great. If that's not having children and striving to be the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, fantastic. Let's focus on choice, doing the work on ourselves, being ourselves, and being kind and supportive to each other.
